Having grown up without four distinct seasons in California, March 20th (spring equinox?) would come and go without much fanfare in my life. But after a hard winter of power outages and frozen water pipes, I (alongside the rest of the citizens of this country) have been counting the days until spring. Finally ... Spring is here! This country just celebrated Novruz, an important holiday in this country! A popular Novruz tradition is to jump

Our future neighbor,Yana, is such a generous soul. She wasn't using her doghouse anymore so she gave it to us!
We love it (other than the fact that
"Bony's House" is scribbled on the front)...
... which quickly disappeared when David stained the doghouse.

...as are the girls! And the fact that they can finally ride their bikes outside. And check out the cherry blossoms! Perfect weather as we prepare to move to the new house in just a couple of weeks!

we were robbed of seasonal change in cali but then again we werent subject to dangerous entertainment like jumping over fires! and i have a funny suspicion that jenni only took pictures and failed to participate???
i love the picture of verity with chinju in his doghouse, instant classic! the girls are absolutely little ladies now, its time to add another baby to the mix guys!
