Getting ready to come home...

Poor Moriah. Every parenting handbook would tell you to never introduce too many changes to your toddler at once.

But Moriah is in the throes of potty-training AND is trying to transition to her "big girl bed" (see photo). Add to that a family that is giddy (read: screaming and dancing around) about their trip to the States and I can see why Moriah would need some extra hugging and cuddling these days.

Soon, she will be hugged by many of you and I am so thankful for how you all have been so encouraging to us lately! In preparation for our "re-entry," I have been trying to point out people to our girls in our home videos so that it will take the "edge" off of seeing so many new faces at once.

Just a note: we have quite a few things we need to finish before we get on that plane so if it takes a bit longer to get a response from us over e-mail or a return call via Skype, you know why. We're trying to tie up all our loose ends on this side of the Atlantic and feel a bit swamped by all the details. See you soon!
