An Outdoor Playdate

I have to emphasize the word "outdoor." Living on the 3rd floor (with an unpredictable lift/elevator), it takes a lot of motivation for me to try to venture outdoors with the 3 girls (and a stroller) by myself. So when our friends suggested the idea of taking a walk to play, I jumped at the opportunity.

We live just half a mile from the sea.
The girls wanted to see the fish below.

Right next to the water are several kiddie attractions. The other
"bus driver" is one of Verity's new friends, Abby. Please pray for them,
Verity & Abby have their first day of preschool tomorrow (Sep. 15th)!

Annalise enjoyed swinging with one of her new friends, Sophie (Abby's younger sister). Gone are the days of free swinging at the Brea City Hall Park. The operator charged us 10 cents per child to use their swings.

For 80 cents, the girls can drive these little cars around the park.
Verity especially loved steering her car. She's not a bad driver!
