We have a departure date! We just got off the phone with our travel agent and we're all set to fly out of LAX on SEPTEMBER 4TH (Labor Day). Here we are pictured during a recent flight to Memphis ... the five of us crammed into 3 seats. In September, we'll be more spread out with all the girls in their own seats (even Moriah will have her own bassinet courtesy of Lufthansa that hooks onto the wall! ). Our first leg will be 10 hours or so into Europe and our 2nd & final leg will be a 5-6 hour flight into our destination! There is still a tremendous amount of work to do before then ... but hopefully, we can also focus on spending time with loved ones and enjoying our favorite "creature comforts" (Korean food & boba drinks for Jenni; Home Depot, garden centers, & good restaurants for David)! The countdown has officially begun!Warning: A Lopsided Blog
This blog is our "all play, no work" website because we have to limit this blog to personal/family updates only and will continue to send work-related news via our snail mail letter. Also, to check the current time in our city, please scroll down to our time stamp at the bottom of this page.
